New Signing: Kava-T!

He is Blackmail Records’ new signing, just turned 16, a glossy kid from Oswaldtwistle, with skill, flow, platinum rhymes and Nikes so spotless they had to be straight out of the box.  A golden child at that.  

In short.. A star.

Kava-T is his name and I didn’t have to hear him perform to know that much. Which was just as well, because hearing him perform was a mixed blessing. There was a glow to him that cancelled out all failings. As soon as Kava hit the mic, other emcee’s deflated. Carried out on his shield? Stopped on a TKO, let’s say.
With such underground success he has been signed to JaeSwift’s new label, Blackmail Records. He has had recent guest appearances on such albums as Jae’s “Authors Conspiracy LP” and on the Blackmail 2nd mix tape “Not Your Average”. Kava-T’s 1st album will be dropping in the summer of 2008, being produced by VTZ, JaeSwift, Effektiv, Heavyweight Beatz, and Shadowville.
